🕒 24-Hour Order Changes & Returns
We allow order cancellations, changes, or return requests within 24 hours of placing your order or receiving your item.
After this 24-hour period, all sales are considered final, and we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
We encourage you to double-check your order details before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.
⏳ Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once this timeframe has passed, your order will already be in processing and will no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
This policy helps us maintain fast processing and delivery times.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@youngchristiancollective.com.
Be sure to include clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it quickly.
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
💳 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
• The order was cancelled within the 24-hour window
• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
